The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Operations serves as THE commercial leader within the Marketing team and is the right hand of the Senior Marketing Director. This role is responsible for leading the brand fundamentals and operating backbone that enable sustainable growth. This role owns assortment strategy, lifecycle management recommendation & alignment, pricing recommendations, business & Competitive intelligence, International Marketing (Canada/Mexico/UK) budget management and brand operations, ensuring the portfolio is optimized, commercially sound, and execution ready. Partnering closely with the Senior Marketing Director, this role translates brand strategy into clear plans, disciplined investment, and operational excellence, while serving as a key connector across Sales, Category Management, Finance, and international markets, and integrated marketing teams
