This position is remote/work from home. Qualified candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone. If based in Atlanta, the role will be hybrid. The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for translating strategic direction into action and effectively scaling sales & retention strategies across the Performance Management organization. S/he will work as part of the Sales Strategy and Sales Business Office to support complex efforts across multiple functions and business units to drive business efficiency and productivity. Duties include supporting the Retail Performance Management leaders and Performance Management teams to identify needs that enable retention, drive efficiencies, and discipline to minimize errors and provide timely updates across the organization. This role will bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, project management, and execution discipline to advance high-priority initiatives that enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support retention and strategic growth. This role reports directly to the Director, Sales Strategy & Enablement.
