We're searching for a dynamic Sales Specification Manager to join our team and drive specification sales to new heights in this patch. With our unrivalled product range, respected brand, and highly successful team, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss! You will be the vital link connecting our innovative products (Landscape Products, Natural Stone, and Street Furniture) with landscape architects, local authorities, housebuilders, consultant engineers, and main contractor design teams. This consultative role is all about understanding the unique needs of each project and providing expert advice and tailored solutions to help our clients achieve their vision. You’ll be at the heart of the landscaping world, developing and nurturing strong connections with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication and execution from project conception to completion. By leading creative conversations about our aspirational products, designs, and specification sales, you’ll promote our latest product ranges and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Requirements

  • Proven track record in specification sales.
  • Technically minded.
  • Good understanding of the construction industry.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and driven.
  • Sales and performance-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Flexible approach to travel and your working environment.
  • UK driving license.
  • Live on-patch (covering Postcodes - PE, NN, OX, MK, LU, HP, AL, SG, NR, CB, IP, CO, CM and SS).
