Sales Specialist - Men's Health Supplements
About The Position
At Tribe Wellness Sales, we're on a mission to help men live longer, stronger, more energized lives through supplements that actually deliver. But here's the catch: too many guys grab a product online and then flounder—unsure how to use it, stack it, or stick with it long enough to see results. That's where you, our Sales Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist in our world), make the difference. Without you, men miss out on better energy, strength, and confidence, and our mission stalls. With you? Requirements
- Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
- Knowledge, background, or genuine passion around men's health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
- Reliable internet and equipment, since this role involves frequent phone and video calls requiring clear, uninterrupted conversations.
- A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset to comfortably run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
- Ethernet connection strongly preferred for the most consistent call quality (usually just an inexpensive cable connecting your device to your modem).
- Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services for our men's health client.
- Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients' prospects into brand loyalists.
- Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
- Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
- Work from home in a global remote environment, utilizing our communication tools and platforms.
