About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, client-focused Sales Specialist to support and accelerate growth for our wealth management firm. This role sits at the intersection of event-driven marketing, sales-support activities to help Advisors, and CRM-driven pipeline management. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident in engaging with prospects in live settings, while also being disciplined and analytical when managing follow-up and sales processes. This is a visible, impact-driven role with a clear path for growth. This is a non-advisory, non-licensed role focused on organic growth—not portfolio management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, personable, and naturally relationship-driven
  • Ability to create engaging marketing content using contemporary design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, to support seminars, campaigns, and prospect outreach.
  • Excels in an entrepreneurial environment where speed matters, processes are continuously refined, and not every answer is known in advance
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a growth-oriented environment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, sometimes incomplete information and the need for proactive decision making
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn wealth management concepts
  • Takes pride in representing a professional brand at live events
