About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we're on a mission to help men live longer, stronger, more energized lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring men understand how to use, stack, and consistently take supplements to achieve results. You will be the catalyst for turning a purchase into a transformation, helping men improve their energy, strength, and confidence.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment, since this role involves frequent phone and video calls requiring clear, uninterrupted conversations.
• A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset to comfortably run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for the most consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our men's health client.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients' prospects into brand loyalists.
• Leverage top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
• Work from home in a global remote environment, utilizing communication tools and platforms.
