About The Position

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is hiring an in-studio Sales Specialist to manage the lead pipeline from initial inquiry through booking across its Buckhead and Alpharetta studios. The role splits time between both studios and involves converting leads in person, by phone, and by text, while supporting staff at the other location so incoming leads are ready to convert. Icebox is a premium cryotherapy and wellness brand offering Whole Body Cryotherapy, CryoFacials, Localized Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, CryoTherma body contouring, and personalized Peptide Therapy through its partnership with P3. The Sales Specialist connects with clients, educates them about services, and helps them select suitable services, packages, and memberships. After completing Icebox training, the specialist also delivers certain studio services, supports client check-in and session preparation, and helps maintain a clean, stocked, guest-ready environment. The role coordinates with studio teams and leadership and reports on lead volume, contact rates, bookings, revenue, and conversion rates.
