About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Sales Specialists. The Sales Specialist will act as the tire sales expert within a premium automotive dealership, engaging customers and selling tires on the service drive after a fully paid training program. The role involves performing visual inspections, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, providing pricing, closing sales, building relationships with customers and dealership teams, and supporting store operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)
