About The Position

RideNow Powersports-Tallahassee is looking for an energetic, positive, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their growing team of sales professionals. This role thrives in a high-energy environment and no riding or sales experience is required. The Sales Specialist will provide exceptional service and product knowledge to help customers find their dream ride, maintain a positive and high-energy environment, and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in sales, service, and support roles. Continuous learning about industry trends and models is expected, along with greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. The role involves guiding customers through the sales process, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and promotions, building strong customer relationships, processing sales documentation accurately, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals. Participation in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup is also part of the responsibilities.

• Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

• Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred
