About The Position

Gurley Leep GM Giant is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned company with 24 locations across five states and continued growth. We're looking for a motivated Sales Specialist who enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle and wants the opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers
• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process in a no-haggle sales environment
• Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Explain payment options and help customers make informed purchase decisions
• Follow up after the sale to build customer loyalty
• Connect customers with our Service Department for ongoing vehicle needs
