QSL Management (QSLM) is looking for a dynamic leader to support our sales teams. This leader must be core value driven and champion the phrase, "We Serve Others". As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a team of sales professionals to drive occupancy growth and achieve sales targets. This is a corporate position that requires strong leadership skills, senior living sales expertise, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years sales experience in the senior living industry
• Demonstrated success in managing and achieving sales targets
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Solid understanding of Sherpa or similar CRM software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive occupancy growth in the assigned region
• Support and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training as needed
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make pricing suggestions and incentives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the Regional Vice President of Sales
• Fill in for an vacancies in sales positions throughout the assigned region
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales leaders and provide constructive feedback
