Requirements

1-2 years’ work experience required.
Associate’s degree required

Nice To Haves

3-5 years administrative experience desired.
Knowledge of Full Service Leasing is preferred.
Accounts Receivable experience desired.
bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Provide day to day administrative support for National Account Sales Executives.
Manage accounts for National Account customers.
Process sales commissions.
Gather, audit, and process monthly consolidated billing for key customers accounts.
Research and resolve billing questions for franchises and customers.
Monitor aging accounts.
Act as primary liaison between customers, franchises, and corporate.
Manage month-end reporting.
Other projects as assigned.
