About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as a Sales Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity for top-performing sales professionals in customer-facing, goal-driven environments to transition into a role with stronger earning potential, a consistent 40-hour schedule, and real career growth. The company supports premium automotive brands nationwide and is looking for relationship-focused professionals. The Sales Specialist will work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the trusted tire sales expert after a fully paid training program. The role involves engaging customers, selling tires on the service drive, performing visual inspections, identifying needs, recommending solutions, providing pricing, closing sales, building relationships with customers and dealership teams, and supporting store operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
  • Perform quick visual inspections
  • Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
  • Provide pricing and close sales
  • Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
  • Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)
