The Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify and drive sales growth for current and future project opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships with Pro customers, understanding their businesses and project needs in detail, and providing relevant solutions. The Sales Specialist will manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries, and promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to expand the Pro customer base. They will also coordinate fulfillment and delivery to ensure project completion, prospect for new Pro customers, and utilize expanded inventory options to meet customer needs. Collaboration with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams is essential for a seamless customer experience. Maintaining a safe and organized Pro Desk area and continuous learning through Lowe's U are also key aspects of the role.
