The Sales Specialist - ProServices role is a full-time position focused on achieving individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers. This involves identifying project opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth. The specialist will develop a deep understanding of Pro customers' businesses and project needs, including scope, timelines, and material requirements, to provide relevant solutions. Responsibilities include creating and managing quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries. The role also involves promoting Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts and increase Pro average tickets and transactions. Coordination of fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities is crucial to ensure project completion accuracy and timeliness. Prospecting for new Pro customers and building relationships through floor engagement and reviewing Top Accounts in MyRedVest are key. The specialist will utilize expanded inventory capabilities with Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising programs to secure sales when in-store or network inventory is insufficient. Collaboration with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams is expected to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk area, while supporting overall store operations, is also part of the role. Continuous learning through Lowe’s U and other training platforms is encouraged to stay updated and improve selling skills.
