About The Position

As a Sales Specialist, you will travel to communities within a specified geographic location, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Your role will be to generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities that are experiencing non-exempt sales associate vacancies. Assignments will vary in length and may change with little notice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years senior living sales experience.
  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads.
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks, and have the ability to accept directives.
  • Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
