As a Sales Specialist with Varian Medical Systems, you will support the Southeast Region sales team, help drive revenue growth, and gain valuable hands-on experience working directly with sales leaders and customers. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will play a key role in helping the region achieve its sales goals and revenue targets.

Requirements

1+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
A motivated, customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Partner with District Sales Managers to support daily sales activities.
Manage the customer upgrade process and identify revenue opportunities.
Assist in developing strategies for new sales leads and business growth.
Support customer and account management efforts.
Collaborate with Operations to drive revenue and customer success.
Manage backlog items to help achieve regional goals.
Travel with the sales team and participate in customer visits to build your sales and relationship management skills.
