About The Position

Sentral is hiring an on-site Sales Specialist for its Denver property. The Sales Specialist is a customer-facing team member who supports residents and guests throughout their relationship with the community, from first contact onward. The role helps protect the community’s financial health by leasing available homes quickly and at the highest net rent, while also marketing the property, preparing lease documents, and screening prospective residents. The position also supports daily leasing operations, office administration, resident onboarding, and guest check-in and check-out activities.

Responsibilities

Uphold Sentral’s standards, best practices, policies, procedures, and customer-service expectations.
Build rapport with residents and guests and provide helpful service throughout their interactions with the community.
Oversee the community’s daily leasing responsibilities in accordance with company policies and standards.
Coordinate welcoming new residents and guests.
Assist with office management and clerical tasks.
Record and update information about prospective residents, current residents, and guests in property management software accurately and promptly.
Complete opening and closing procedures.
Complete lease applications and help verify application information; inform prospective residents of results.
Notify the maintenance team about repair or cleaning needs.
Maintain and store documentation effectively.
Provide residents and guests with information and address their questions and concerns.
Advertise available homes and conduct property tours.
Provide backup for the Experience team and homeshare activities related to guest check-ins and check-outs.
Accept rent payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees.
Follow local, city, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing requirements and applicable laws, codes, and ordinances.
Assist with market surveys and visits to competing communities.
Perform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned.
