About The Position

TVID Interiors, the interior products division of Franklin Building Supply, is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in flooring, cabinets, or countertops. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships in new home construction, commercial, or remodeling to build lasting connections with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners, leading to repeat business and referrals. This role is not transactional; it focuses on relationship building and growing a sales pipeline. TVID offers a unique advantage as a one-stop builder solution, providing flooring, cabinetry, and countertops under one roof. They also boast in-house manufacturing for cabinets and countertops, ensuring quality and faster lead times. Integrated project support from a dedicated Project Manager and Account Coordinator, along with in-house design, estimation, and drafting, ensures that sales representatives are not working alone on projects.

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or related building materials
An existing book of relationships in home building, commercial construction, or remodeling that you can bring with you
A track record of hitting or beating sales targets
Comfort with CRM tools, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
Strong communicator, self-starter, valid driver's license for site visits

Responsibilities

Proactively develop new business across new home construction, commercial, and remodeling
Build and maintain relationships with homebuilders, GCs, designers, property managers, and homeowners
Run site visits and client meetings — assess needs, present product, deliver estimates
Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting margin
Guide customers through material selection and hand off cleanly to project management and installation
Own your numbers: track activity and pipeline in CRM, hit and exceed sales targets, report results
