About The Position

Carolina TotalCare is seeking ambitious, goal-driven individuals to join their Concord, NC office as a full-time Sales Specialist - Financial Case Manager. This role involves selling high-value healthcare treatments that significantly improve patients' lives. The position focuses on converting warm leads into satisfied patients by guiding them through treatment options, building trust, and closing deals. Success in this role requires understanding patients' financial situations, presenting appropriate treatment plans, answering questions, resolving concerns, and fostering strong patient relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a direct sales role within a high-ticket industry like medical, pharmaceutical, or real estate.
  • Working knowledge of the financial aspects involved in patient care and sales-driven healthcare services.
  • Effective and professional communication skills.
  • Self-motivation to achieve real results and exceed quotas.
  • Professional, business-minded mentality.

  • Ability to follow scripts, set protocols, and proven procedures to maximize success.

Responsibilities

  • Work from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, Friday, with potential flexibility.
  • Sell high-value treatments that change lives and support positive long-term outcomes.
  • Promote valuable solutions for patients' unique needs, helping to ease pain and discomfort.
  • Convert warm leads into satisfied patients by guiding individuals through healthcare treatment options.
  • Build trust in expertise and the practice, and close profitable deals.
  • Navigate patients' financial situations and present appropriate treatment options with respect and understanding.
  • Professionally answer questions, resolve concerns, and foster meaningful relationships between the practice and patients.
