About The Position

The Account Services Specialist, under the leadership of the Team Leader, Account Services, will support the process to increase the profitability of GSFS finance and insurance (F&I) products and services provided to automobile dealers. The Account Services Specialist will ensure processes to provide superior customer service, prepare dealer agreements and addendums, support new account setups, product changes and product launches, assist coordination of dealer supply distribution, and coordinate systems setups and communication with IT to support processing of business. The Account Services Specialist also will take action to enhance cross-functional coordination and expand internal communications in GSA.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years experience in sales support, contract management or otherwise, drafting, editing and proofreading; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to Field Teams, Agents, Dealers and other customers.
  • Prepare dealer agreements and/or addendums associated with GSFS products.
  • Process executed dealer agreements and/or addendums and implement setup of the dealer information and rating structure in the transaction system.
  • Update and maintenance of current dealer information in the Dealer Database system.
  • Maintain and distribute monthly reporting related to the outstanding dealer agreements and/or addendums.
  • Process updates and coordinate with the Legal Dept. and the IT Dept on setups, new or updated documents and product supplies.
  • Coordinate communication on data files for declaration printing and updates on customer contracts to the vendor.
  • Ordering and stocking of product marketing materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual privacy mailing notifications.
  • Prepare and send annual TX GAP audit materials.
  • Prepare and distribute dealer rate sheets and class schedules for products.
  • Complete matrices regarding dealers, plan codes, declarations, etc.
  • Assist with dealer and customer relations and inquiries.
  • Process and maintain additions and updates to procedure manuals and other support materials.
  • May participate in or support project and process improvement teams.
