This role involves driving sales, managing member communications, processing registrations, resolving customer concerns, maintaining facility cleanliness, and contributing as a Swim Instructor. Requirements

Sales: 1 year
Customer Service: 1 year
Reputable sales experience and ability to sell
Strong work ethic
Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong organizational, computer, and training skills
The ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple situations at once
Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner
Must pass background examinations prior to training
Livingston, NJ 07039: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Aquatics experience is a plus!
Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Drive sales and reach quarterly target
Handle all communication with members and non-members through phone, text, and email.
Process student registrations
Resolves customer concerns using a professional approach.
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
Learn the product as a Swim Instructor and maintain at least one teaching shift per week.
