The Sales & Service Manager will lead, coach, and develop Service Technicians, drive revenue, optimize operations, and ensure a 5-star customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building, developing, and elevating a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians
• Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to performance standards
• Conduct ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing coaching
• Drive revenue through technician performance and execution
• Partner with dispatch and customer service to optimize operations
• Monitor KPIs and take action when performance is off track
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new technicians
• Step in to assist with technical challenges and closing sales when needed
• Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
