About The Position

This is a high-performance, in-home sales role with technical execution. You will walk into homes where customers already need service, diagnose the problem, present options confidently, close the job on the spot, and then complete the work yourself. This is not an entry-level role and requires candidates who are already closing jobs in the home, confident selling repairs and upgrades face-to-face, and able to perform the work themselves at a high level.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (3+ years driving record)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software.
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in garage door sales and service
• Currently employed by a reputable Garage Door company
• Closing jobs in the home
• Confident selling repairs and upgrades face-to-face
• Able to perform the work yourself at a high level
