About The Position

The Service Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Rolls-Royce Power Systems commercial team, serving as the primary point of contact for service customers and internal stakeholders across spare parts orders, service agreements, and delivery inquiries. This role sits at the centre of the Order to Cash process for Service on Demand and Service Agreements, directly impacting revenue recognition, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Working cross-functionally with Material Planning, Logistics, and Finance, the Service Sales Coordinator ensures that every customer interaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or spare parts, OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, with 1+ year of experience in sales operations, order management, or spare parts, OR Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, OR PhD in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, OR 5+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or spare parts in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Order to Cash processes, service agreements, or after sales operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally with knowledge of mtu/RRPS products, policies, and procedures.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional or international teams and presenting to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a self-starter in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers and internal stakeholders, managing inquiries on spare parts orders, service agreements, and delivery timelines with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support the end-to-end Order to Cash process for Service on Demand and Service Agreements, identifying opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and reduce direct costs.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Material Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment and on-time delivery for service customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management and maintain accurate sales documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
