About The Position

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist - Proposals to manage complex technical sales and proposal processes. This role involves developing competitive, value-driven proposals, collaborating with customers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, and supporting contract negotiations. The specialist will ensure compliance with contractual commitments, assess and manage commercial risks, and contribute to business plan development for specific products or product lines. The position requires a strong understanding of technical products and systems, as well as the environment in which they will be used, involving technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. This role handles important clients for a product line, cooperates with technical colleagues, and is involved in medium-sized sales within a country or large territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Proposals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Current work authorization in the country of employment
