Join our growing team as a Senior Sales Manager in the Pressure Pumping Services sector. We are a leader in well construction and production, offering innovative physical and digital solutions to improve efficiency, production, and maximize reservoir value. This dynamic role is responsible for business growth, selling products and services to existing and new customers, developing channel sales relationships, and creating sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, engage operations and finance in business/revenue planning, evaluate TAM, and grow market share. Driving price improvement, managing discounting strategies, and producing forward-looking activity plans for reporting are key. You will also maintain the job board for Pressure Pumping planning, develop sales and Application Engineers to support client needs, ensure product line sales groups focus on geographical areas, protect product line integrity, and serve as the owner of pricing. This role interfaces with operations, marketing, and product line resources, provides key applications/re-design support, engages with the Commercial group to manage bids and tenders, and makes presentations to customers and sales personnel. Special projects may also be assigned.
