This role is responsible for business growth within the Pressure Pumping Services sector. The Senior Sales Manager will focus on selling products and services to existing and new customers, developing channel sales relationships, and creating sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. The position involves building strong customer relationships, collaborating with operations and finance on business/revenue planning, evaluating market share, and driving price improvements. The role also includes producing detailed activity plans for reporting, maintaining job boards for planning, developing sales and Application Engineers to support client needs, and ensuring product line sales groups provide focus and support for geographical areas. The Sales Manager will be the owner of pricing, interface with operations, marketing, and product line resources, provide application/re-design support, engage with the Commercial group on bids and tenders, and make presentations to customers and sales personnel. Special projects may also be assigned.
