Responsible for providing a superior customer service experience to all walk-in customers. In-Person Sales: Provide immediate, high-quality service to all walk-in retail and wholesale customers. Parts Identification: Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles with the vehicles on-site. Sales: Actively manage the front counter area, processing cash and credit transactions using POS systems. Yard Coordination: Communicate directly with parts pullers to retrieve parts for customers that want the company to pull their parts for them Merchandising & Displays: Set up and maintain physical displays of popular parts (e.g., batteries, fluids, tools) to drive impulse sales. Core & Returns Management: Inspect physical parts returned by walk-in customers to verify condition and process credits or warranty claims Assumes other duties as assigned
