About The Position

Southern Roofing and Renovations is hiring multiple full-time Sales Representatives to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong drive to succeed and who are motivated by performance-based earnings, offering significant income growth potential with average earnings of $100,000+/year through uncapped commissions. Sales Representatives will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging potential customers, and promoting the company's roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. The role requires independent work, strong time management, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include engaging with homeowners, assessing their remodeling needs, performing roof inspections, explaining service offerings, and closing sales. Progress tracking and strategy adjustment are key to maximizing sales.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area
Engaging with potential customers
Increasing interest in high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
Engaging with homeowners
Learning about their remodeling needs
Performing roof inspections
Explaining to customers what we can do for them
