About The Position

As a Sales Representative at Steele Hyundai Fredericton, you will help customers find the Hyundai that perfectly fits their lifestyle. You will be their trusted guide, resource, and biggest supporter as they explore a lineup celebrated for bold design, advanced technology, and confidence-inspiring performance. This role offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions, with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually. For the first year, a minimum guaranteed income of $682.69 weekly is provided, unless commissions exceed this amount.

• Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results.
• Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process.
• Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.
