Requirements
- Passion for the automotive industry and helping people
- Sales or customer service experience considered an asset
- Energetic, personable, and relationship-focused
- Strong communicator across in-person, phone, and digital interactions
- Highly organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, showcase Subaru’s award-winning lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs
- Plan and execute sales strategies to exceed performance targets
- Educate clients on vehicle features, safety technology, and financing options
- Lead test drives, finalize sales, and deliver vehicles with confidence
- Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
