About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration, a rapidly expanding family-owned company based in Northern Virginia, is seeking proven sales professionals to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will utilize existing sales skills and master a proven system to generate commissions, lead professional roof inspections, navigate insurance claims, and build a pipeline of leads through canvassing and follow-ups. The role offers a fast leadership trajectory and an elite team culture focused on mentorship and personal/professional growth through the 12-week RISE Leadership Program.

Requirements

Reliable vehicle required
Comfortable with neighborhood canvassing
Strong communication skills
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Availability Monday–Friday (11 AM to dusk) with high-earning weekends
Determination, grit, and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Generate substantial commissions through our refined sales process
Lead professional roof inspections and damage assessments
Navigate insurance claims to secure optimal outcomes for homeowners
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets with our proven system
Maintain 99% accuracy in customer documentation and CRM management
Deliver exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times
Develop expertise in exterior renovation and insurance claims
Neighborhood canvassing to connect with homeowners
Educating homeowners about roof and exterior damage
Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process
