Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking ambitious individuals to join their award-winning sales team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. Sales representatives will engage in neighborhood canvassing, conduct roof inspections, assist homeowners with insurance claims, and convert leads into customers.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with neighborhood canvassing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Availability Monday–Friday (11 AM to dusk) with high-earning weekends
- Determination, grit, and a willingness to learn

- Neighborhood canvassing to connect with homeowners
- Educating homeowners about roof and exterior damage
- Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members

- Guide homeowners through our streamlined insurance claims process
- Convert qualified leads into satisfied customers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups
