Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Background in a sales or customer service role is preferred
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries
  • Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle lineup
  • Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training
  • Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers
