About The Position

The Acquisition Group is expanding its Vancouver team this summer, and we're looking for driven, people-first Sales Representatives ready to grow. We proudly represent TELUS — one of Canada's most trusted brands — and we invest in people who invest in themselves. No sales experience? No problem. This role builds real skills, confidence, and consistent income from day one.

All new hires who start on the TELUS D2C program are eligible to earn a TRAINING BONUS of up to $600 weekly at a per diem of $100/day bonus per full day worked (other details to be discussed during interview)

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people
• Strong communication skills (we’ll help you sharpen them)
• Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday or minimum 4 days from Monday to Saturday
• No previous sales experience required. We hire for attitude and potential and provide the training needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Represent TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group
• Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach
• Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions
• Build trust through professional, respectful conversations
• Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals
• Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve
