About The Position

MCI is seeking persuasive communicators with a positive attitude and a passion for sales to join their team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, promote products and services, upsell where appropriate, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. MCI offers an industry-leading training program to provide the necessary tools and support for success and growth. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Subject to the program and location of the position
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions accurately
  • Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
  • Meet attendance and scheduling expectations
