About The Position

Elevated Remodeling is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team in our Colorado office. This individual will actively seek out and engage prospective homeowners, helping them improve their homes through our premium remodeling solutions, including energy-efficient windows, siding, doors, and exterior renovations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, competitive, passionate about helping homeowners, and committed to contributing to the continued growth of our company. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales (home improvement, construction, or in-home sales preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to succeed.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Elevated Remodeling’s products and services by educating homeowners on the benefits of our energy-efficient remodeling solutions.
  • Self-generate leads through proactive outreach, including door knocking in targeted neighborhoods.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and present customized remodeling options that fit each customer’s needs and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales goals.
  • Track customer interactions, appointments, proposals, and sales activity using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively serve customers.
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation through project completion.
