Requirements

• Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers.
• Must be driven, eager, and ready to contribute to team success.
• Learn dealership processes, vehicle features, and sales tools to assist customers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver a high-quality buying experience
• Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
• Work with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
• Produce results by achieving monthly sales goals.
