About The Position

Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners who want premium windows and doors without the hassle. We bring Marvin’s 100+ year legacy of craftsmanship directly to customers through high-quality products, professional installation, and personalized in-home consultations. We’re hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to help grow our presence in the area. In this role, you’ll engage with homeowners in person at retail locations and community events to introduce our products and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, build real-world experience, and earn strong weekly income—without needing prior industry experience or closing deals.

Requirements

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
  • A smartphone
  • Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup)
  • Confidence handling rejection—you understand every “no” gets you closer to a “yes”
  • A genuine interest in people and strong, face‑to‑face communication

  • No prior sales experience is required —candidates from retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service, and event backgrounds tend to succeed quickly.
