About The Position
Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners seeking premium windows and doors. We are hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to expand our local presence. In this role, you will interact with homeowners at retail locations and community events to introduce our products and schedule in-home consultations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales, gain practical experience, and earn significant weekly income without prior industry experience or the need to close sales. The role does not involve cold calling, telemarketing, or closing sales.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
- A smartphone
- Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (for display setup)
- Confidence handling rejection
- A genuine interest in people and strong, face-to-face communication skills
- No prior sales experience required; candidates from retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service, and event backgrounds tend to succeed quickly.

Responsibilities
- Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
- Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a professional and approachable manner
- Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Accurately enter customer details and appointment information
- Set up and manage branded displays as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals
