The Becnel Rental Tool Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and business development of all Becnel Services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, delivering technical product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield drilling and completions and P&A (Plug and Abandonment) operations.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell bridge plugs, hydraulic and wireline setting tools, and related downhole products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with operators, wireline companies, service companies, and P&A contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
  • Provide technical product knowledge, job planning support, and post-job follow-up.
  • Track customer activity, job performance, and equipment feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery and client support.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing in line with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Attend industry trade shows, client meetings, and field visits to strengthen client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Minimum 3 years of oilfield sales or operations experience, preferably with downhole tools (bridge plugs, packers, setting tools).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of well completions or P&A operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
