This entry-level role is designed to launch a sales career with hands-on training, real-world exposure, and growth opportunities. The Sales Representative will represent the brand by introducing new products and building strategic customer relationships. This role manages key product categories such as bacon, ham, and fresh pork, while working cross-functionally with Business Management, Marketing and Plant Operations to ensure strong execution in the marketplace. You will gain experience in broker management, customer engagement, trade execution, and demand planning. Expect to visit manufacturing facilities to strengthen product knowledge, manage trade spend, and support accurate forecasting.
