About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, jewelry, or other high-end products. As a Project Consultant, you will represent the nation’s leading name in premium replacement windows and doors. Our clients are homeowners who value quality, design, and performance, and they expect a sales experience that matches the caliber of the products we deliver. Training is paid, benefits are included, and leads are provided, eliminating the need for door-to-door or cold calls. You will meet with homeowners, deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations, and close sales using a proven one-call close approach. The average annual earnings are over $150k with uncapped earning potential. You will use the provided tools, training, and sales methodology to create connections with customers and offer replacement services, utilizing industry-leading product samples, support, and technology. A commitment to an excellent customer service experience from start to finish is essential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
