Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Project Consultant, a high-performing sales professional with experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, jewelry, or other high-end products. As a Project Consultant, you will represent the nation’s leading name in premium replacement windows and doors. Our clients are homeowners who value quality, design, and performance, and they expect a sales experience that matches the caliber of the products we deliver. Training is paid, benefits included, and leads are provided, eliminating the need for door-to-door or cold calls. The role involves meeting with homeowners, delivering consultative in-home presentations, and closing sales using a proven one-call close approach. Average annual earnings are over $150k with uncapped earning potential. You will utilize provided tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services, supported by industry-leading product samples, support, and technology. A commitment to customer service experience from start to end is essential.

Requirements

2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.

College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
