About The Position

Cabinotch provides a complete cabinet solution system for custom cabinetmakers, helping shops increase efficiency, simplify production, and grow their business. Our system combines high-quality cabinet components with technology and support designed to make outsourcing easier and more profitable. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who understands that great sales are built over time. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, consistency, and long-term growth, and who takes pride in becoming a trusted partner to their customers.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to consistently manage relationships and opportunities over a longer sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Disciplined with follow-up and comfortable working a steady, long-term sales process.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including approximately 10 weeks per year.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior sales experience preferred, especially in B2B or relationship-based selling.
  • Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, building products, or related industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with kitchen and cabinet design software such as KCD Software, 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and consistently build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Educate customers on the Cabinotch system and its long-term value to their business.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to generate opportunities.
  • Track activity, opportunities, and follow-up consistently over time.
