About The Position

Rapid Finance is expanding its sales team and is recruiting for Business Advisor training classes. A Business Advisor is responsible for building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them financing solutions. This is a B2B sales role where you will be consulting with business owners on a daily basis to help them achieve their financial goals. The role requires motivated, ambitious individuals looking to start or grow a career in B2B sales. The Business Advisor will build trust by becoming a trusted advisor through world-class client service, understanding their business, and gathering information about their financial situations, goals, and objectives. They must provide value and sell themselves first. They will educate and advise clients by evaluating and understanding hundreds of financial programs and options for small-to-medium-sized businesses, advising on the financing process, and recommending the best capital solution. This is a fast-paced sales cycle and work environment with many client communications daily, with most transactions completed in 1-3 days. It is an end-to-end sales role where Business Advisors facilitate the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting clients via call, email, and text. While automated sales support aids in initial prospecting, the advisor takes over once a client replies or calls in. Prospecting includes outbound phone calls, with Business Advisors expected to make 70+ calls per day. Rapid Finance will not sponsor applicants for work visas of any kind for this position.
