Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, self-driven, and accountable mindset
  • Experience in business development, sales, customer-facing roles, or real estate-related industries preferred
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and growing a network
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2- 5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and community partners throughout Northern Nevada
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management
  • Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Establish a strong local market presence through consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Help drive regional growth while building your own long-term career path
