About The Position

Culligan is seeking a B2B sales professional to join their team. This role involves selling the industry-leading bottleless ice & water purifier to commercial establishments. The purifier offers an alternative to single-use plastic bottles, antiquated water fountains, 5-gallon bottle water coolers, and basic filter machines. Customers are offered a no-obligation free onsite trial with a high close rate and minimal competition. The average account executive range last year was between $65K-$235K.

Requirements

  • Fearless new business skills
  • 1 year+ experience as a successful B2B outside sales hunter
  • Looking to make the jump from a past income of $35K-$60K to $75K-$200K+ (uncapped)
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

  • Hunt & close new business B2B opportunities
  • Achieve monthly performance quotas
  • Conduct 22 monthly new business first-time appointments with decision-makers
  • Perform current client annual partnership reviews
  • Conduct 12 on-site no-obligation free trials
  • Sell 18 units per month (average 1.6 units per contract)
  • Generate appointments by daily prospecting
  • Engage in face-to-face cold calling
  • Utilize social media networking/appointment setting
  • Make prospecting phone calls
  • Conduct email/video email prospecting & follow-up
  • Manage business activities/results in Salesforce, or other company CRM
