About The Position

LCS is seeking an empathetic, warm, and influential Sales Representative to provide high-quality property management software support to our extensive customer and prospect base. Using expert product knowledge, you will consult with businesses on the benefits of our flagship property management software, Rent Manager, and other LCS products. You will conduct demonstrations, prepare proposals and pricing, draft service agreements, and cultivate relationships. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of prior sales experience, ideally in software sales

  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customers’ business needs

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in our property management software, Rent Manager.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with a pre-defined customer base.
  • Answer questions and support current customers with their software needs.
  • Boost sales by uncovering sales opportunities within customer base.
  • Review and execute sales agreements with customers.
  • Document all sales activities in internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with current customers.
  • Use up-selling and cross-selling techniques to expose customers to additional products or services that fit their needs.
  • Attend industry trade shows.
  • Identify market trends to assist in LCS’s overall product development and marketing strategy.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
